Cowabunga! Halloween nostalgia meets Turtle Power.

The Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection returns with Series 11, celebrating the beloved 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series. NECA continues its fan-favorite line by recreating the classic licensed Halloween costumes that defined trick-or-treating for generations.

Inspired by the original Collegeville costumes, each 6-inch fully poseable action figure captures the unmistakable look of the vintage vinyl costumes with soft goods clothing, character masks, and a matching soft goods trick-or-treat pillowcase accessory.

Series 11 features all four Heroes in a Half Shell—Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo—along with fan-favorite villains Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady. Each figure is packaged in a numbered retro-style window boxdesigned to replicate the look of classic Halloween costume packaging, making them perfect for both display and collection.

Whether you're a lifelong TMNT fan, a collector of retro Halloween memorabilia, or a Ben Cooper enthusiast, these figures are the perfect blend of nostalgia and Turtle Power.
